Shipping and Returns
We ship Australia wide and postage is calculated at checkout. Shipping is charged by weight to the rest of the world.
Please allow 3-10 business days from dispatch for delivery (within Australia). We will endeavour to keep you informed along the way by providing you with a tracking link.
We are happy to Express Post any urgent orders at the cost of the customer. Express post option available at check out.
Here at Castle and Kite we are confident of the quality of our beautiful products. Should you be unhappy with your purchase we will do our best resolve any concerns on a case by case basis. Returns queries can be raised by emailing us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
If your product is deemed to be faulty or of unacceptable quality, we will gladly accept your return and either refund in full, or re-supply you with another product of similar value, subject to availability. This will be honoured within one month from the original purchase date & on a case-by-case basis thereafter at our discretion.
We do not refund for change of mind.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 161 Nobby Parade, Miami, QLD, 4220, Australia.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
