Why should I buy a subscription instead of an individual product?
When you subscribe, you receive a new product shipped to you each month. Subscriptions are also cheaper than buying individually. Monthly boxes take the stress out of thinking up and organising purposeful craft time. Conveniently, you can put a month on hold if you are going away, redirect a box to another address if you'd like to gift it to someone or cancel at anytime. We just need 2 weeks notice before your next payment.

Apart from the joy and anticipation that your little one will get from receiving a monthly parcel delivery from the postman, they will experience a new and exciting theme every month and you will save $6 on each box. Monthly boxes take the stress out of thinking up and organising purposeful craft time. Conveniently, you can put a month on hold if you are going away, redirect a box to another address if you'd like to gift it to someone, or cancel at anytime by emailing us up to 2 weeks before your next payment is due.
How do I make changes my subscription?
What's the difference between monthly subscription and prepaid?
Monthly subscriptions are billed each month on the same date of your initial subscription purchase. Ongoing subscription is the most discounted option on our craft boxes.
Prepaid subscriptions are charged one time, up front, and boxes are distributed each month for the 3 month period. The terms for pre-paid subscriptions are 3 months.
Can I buy your products as gifts?
Absolutely! On the cart page, you'll see a checkbox in the bottom left that says "For $3.00 per item, please wrap the products in this order." If that box is checked, the gift wrap option will be added to your order total, and all items in the order will be gift wrapped. Note that gift wrap is charged per item in the order. You can also include a note that will be handwritten on a card, included for free with the gift wrap option.
You can also send the order as a gift without adding the gift wrap, simply by entering your gift recipient's mailing address under the "shipping address" at checkout.
Can I add another purchase to my subscription box delivery?
Yes, definitely, if you choose to add a box to your standard monthly subscription box just put a note on the order on your cart before checking out or simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have it added to your subscription order.
Are your Dot Markers non-toxic?
Fiddle & Doodle Dabber Dot Markers have been lab-tested and certified toxic free by a toxicologist. They conform to ASTM-D4236, EN71 and CPSIA standard for lead and phthalates. Suitable for young children aged 3 and above.
Where are your products made?
Our car and truck are proudly designed and made on the Gold Coast, Australia.
Our craft boxes are packed and curated by us, Melissa and Alana.
Our wooden cameras are sourced offshore.
Do you wholesale?
Unfortunately, not at this stage but we may do in the future. Feel free to email us directly with expressions of interest.

Do you have a showroom or stockist I can visit to see your products?
We are currently operating as an online store only but we do showcase our products at markets from time to time. Follow us on Instagram for upcoming market dates.
Where are you located?
We are located on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most places in the world and will always do our best to get our products to you! Deliveries are sent Monday to Friday. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery is free Australia wide and is charged by weight to the rest of the world. If you have any delivery queries please feel free to contact us via email or Facebook Messenger.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship with Sendle and Australia Post which means our couriers are land based. We say allow 3-5 business days from dispatch for delivery. We do endeavour to keep you informed along the way by providing you with a tracking link. Should you need urgent delivery we are happy to Express Post orders at the cost of the customer. If you would like your item express posted please select this option at the Checkout.
What is your returns policy?
We do not refund for change of mind.
If your product is deemed to be faulty or of unacceptable quality, we will gladly accept your return and re-supply you with another product of similar value, subject to availability. This will be honoured within 28 days from delivery date & on a case-by-case basis thereafter at our discretion.
An item I would like to purchase is Sold Out, can I still order it?
Yes. We aim to restock sold out items as soon as possible. If you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will secure it for you as soon as its back in stock.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Epress), Apple Pay, PayPal and AfterPay.
Who designed the car and truck?
We do, with the help of our manufacturer’s programming skills to bring them to life! Our four children and their love for imaginary play is our inspiration. We will revisit and redesign our products for months on end to perfect them.
What are your products made from?
Our car and truck are made from birch plywood (hardwood). They are assembled with minimal screws as we have used a sliding joinery approach. The products are secured with PVA Glue which is non toxic and dries clear.
What makes your car and truck so special?
Our products are timeless keepsakes! They have been carefully crafted here in Australia with a beautiful natural wood finish. They are not finished with paint or oil. Their real beauty is in the natural wood grain.
Will I receive exactly the same product as shown on your website?
Working with a natural product means each piece will appear slightly different in appearance to another because plywood can contain ‘butterfly patches’ or different grains in the wood. This simply means each piece will have its own exclusive character and quirk… how uniquely wonderful!
Will I have to assemble the car and truck?
Yes. Our push toys come flat packed. Assembly has been designed to be simple and easy. A sliding joinery method has been adopted with a non-toxic glue (supplied) to secure your products in place for longevity. Our instructions are easy to follow with important information on how to glue and set your product.
It is important to note that after applying the glue, the product must be clamped or weighed down for a 24 hour period allowing the glue to set and bond for best results. We explain this further in our instruction video.
